We provide full legal advice and representation in respect of Asylum claims in the UK. Our advice covers all aspects of an asylum claim as well as other forms of leave such as: Humanitarian Protection; Section 67 leave; and Discretionary Leave to remain in the UK. We also provide advice in relation to appeal rights and the procedure to challenge the refusal of an asylum claim. Following the successful outcome of an asylum claim, we also provide advice on the rights and entitlements including asylum support for those who are successful in obtaining refugee status or international protection.
Our strength of experience means that we have gained substantial knowledge of Legal aid procedures including the availability of ABWOR for appeals. We also have full understanding of the relevant tribunal procedure rules for both First-tier tribunal and Upper tribunal appeals as well as the onward appeals to the Court of Session and the appropriate procedure rules governing the same, including time limits. Furthermore we have experience of the availability of remedies including Judicial Review to challenge decisions of tribunals and the Secretary of State.
